Freeview has announced they will launch in early May (on satellite) with the full advertising campaign starting late April.
This service will include TV One, TV2, TV3, C4, Maori Television and also Radio New Zealand National and Concert Programmes.
Later in the year, it is expected that more channels will be added to the Freeview service.
The terrestrial service (via aerial) is currently scheduled for February 2008.
